This 12-hour, two-day pole training intensive will teach you the foundations of pole fitness techniques, including everything you need to know to lead a successful beginner level class from start to finish. This intensive is great for those looking to deepen their understanding of the fundamentals of pole fitness, or for those interested in becoming an instructor.

From warm-up to cool down, you will learn over 100 beginner pole fitness skills in this training including safe spotting techniques, spins, floor work, climbing, and flexibility stretches. This training includes lecture portions and hands-on learning for a well rounded experience.

A minimum of 6 months of pole experience is recommended.

Each day is from 9:00am – 4:00pm with a lunch break and several short breaks throughout.

Training Schedule:

DAY 1: Includes lecture on principles of spinning pole fitness, injury prevention and safety techniques, warm-up and cool down structure, level 1 movement, teaching activities, and cueing skills.

DAY 2: Begins with a Level 1 Master Class emphasizing Day 1 teachings, continuing with Level 2 movement, creating choreography, effective lesson planning, cross-training flexibility and strength training exercises, teaching activities, and course assessment.
