AERIUS FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAM
Spinning Pole Fitness is a program of exercise centered around dance, yoga and gymnastics performed on a rotating pole. This non-traditional and complete fitness training has quickly become a popular form of exercise and even a world wide competitive event.
Spinning Pole Fitness is a high calorie burning workout utilizing all of the muscle groups in the body with constant movement, creating both an isometric, strength and cardiovascular exercise. Spinning Pole Fitness develops greater balance and kinesthetic awareness, resulting in fewer common injuries, and promoting blood flow.
Many participants build self-confidence as a result of Spinning Pole Fitness programs. They become physically stronger and develop skills that carry over into their personal life.
As a Spinning Pole Fitness instructor, your goal is to help people live a healthy lifestyle and educate them about the body and its capabilities. Upon completion of this course, instructors will possess the knowledge, skills and abilities for safe and effective exercise and fitness program design, instruction, and assistance for the purpose of reaching personal health and fitness goals.
The Aerius Fitness Beginner Spinning Pole Fitness Instructor Training is a one-of-a-kind course developed by experienced, certified instructors and designed to educate trainers on how to safely and effectively lead a beginner spinning pole fitness class.
This 2-day, 12-hour course was created for those who are fairly new to this form of fitness, and those who have years of experience. Included in the training is a manual with over 100 spinning pole fitness techniques, featuring safe and effective spotting and cueing techniques, choreography, class management/design, flexibility and strength conditioning exercises and more.

When I went to college my main focus was teaching dance; many of my courses were based around that idea. I feel that Aerius Fitness Training has summed up my college experience in two days! Allison Sipes’ Aerius Spinning Pole workshop was excellent! Allison is a phenomenal teacher and her workshop was fun and informative. She does a great job breaking down the concepts and differences between teaching on a spinning pole as opposed to a static pole.
