Aerius Fitness Spinning Pole Training
This 12-hour, two-day pole training intensive will teach you the foundations of pole fitness techniques, including everything you need to know to lead a successful beginner level class. This intensive is great for those looking to deepen their understanding of the fundamentals of pole fitness, or for those interested in becoming an instructor. From warm-up to cool down, you will learn over 100 beginner pole fitness skills in this training including safe spotting techniques, spins, floor work, climbing, and flexibility stretches. A minimum of 6 months of pole experience is recommended.
